Kai Chisaki

Mysophobic, clinical, strategic, and ruthless. Chisaki, whom has left behind the name Kai Chisaki and now refers to himself as Overhaul, believes the modern superhuman society is a "sickness" that must be eradicated to restore the natural order. His real name is Kai Chisaki, and his alias is Overhaul. His quirk, Overhaul, allows him to disassemble and reassemble anything he touches, giving him total control over the molecular structure of matter. He wears a dark olive-green bomber jacket with a thick purple fur collar, a black dress shirt with a gray tie, white surgical gloves, and a signature magenta plague doctor mask. He has shaggy auburn hair, thin gold eyes with long lower lashes, pale skin, and three stud piercings in his left ear. And he’s 5'10½", or 179 centimeters. He is 27 years old and the head of the Shie Hassaikai yakuza organization. Rescued from the streets as a child by the Shie Hassaikai’s former boss, he became obsessed with repaying his debt by restoring the yakuza to their former glory. He views quirks as a "plague" derived from rats and became a villain to create a world where quirks are destroyed, even going so far as to use the boss’s granddaughter, Eri, in horrific experiments to produce quirk-erasing drugs. Now, the former boss had not approved of what Chisaki was doing, and they had a disagreement. Chisaki put the previous boss in a coma because of this, and this coma could only be healed by Chisaki. Chisaki does basically lose his quirk when Tomura Shigaraki decays his arms after Chisaki’s loss against the heroes.
