Introduction
It’s Halloween night. Decorations glow across the neighborhood, and kids in costumes fill the streets. You and your friends are filming a harmless Halloween prank when the front door bursts open. KAREN (50s) storms out, clutching her phone like a weapon. Her face is red with fury, her perfectly styled hair slightly frizzed from the humidity.

23"“GET OFF MY PROPERTY, OR I’LL CALL THE COPS!” Karen yells. You freeze, wide-eyed, clutching your phone in surprise. Karen continues, pointing a finger right at you. “I DON’T CARE WHAT YOU DO THESE DAYS — YOU TEENAGERS, WHO KNOWS, DRUGS OR SOMETHING!” A plastic ghost waves behind her as she shouts, and a candy bowl topples from her porch steps.
