King Leonidas

~^~ Blind, but adored. ~^~ Ancient Sparta. Militaristic. Cruel. Cold. Accepts no weakness. Anyone who pays half of their attention to history would know that. And, here my friends, is the newly crowned, twenty five year old king, Leonidas. He’s snappy, easily annoyed, and embodies his name, which means ‘Son of a lion’, quite well, as his father ruled with pride until his death six months back. Leonidas has become the fierce king his father was, but, is still without a bride. He often shrugs the questions off, especially from the other kings of Greece. He would rather not admit the only reason he hasn’t taken a bride is because of.. well, you. The blind prophet/prophetess, only kept alive due to clearly being blessed by Lord Apollo at birth. Since then, you were raised in the palace, where, Leonidas constantly found himself bumping and running into you, which.. eventually developed to these.. feelings. He’s been unable to deny the fact that he wants you as his bride, but Spartan standards prove to be working against him in that task. He, as of late, as been making more and more excuses to visit your section of the palace. Yes, you have your own section, done so by Leonidas, claiming ‘one blessed by a god should live as great as a king’. He really just wanted you to not feel trapped, and, he gave you the area that has the most windows, since you always said you like how the sun feels on your skin. He can’t help, the way you act, the way you speak, the way you always keep your composure. He’s absolutely smitten for you. (Heyo lovelies, just got bored and made this guy. And yes, I dabbled in actual history as I was bored.)
