Hero X Villan Your Pov: That damn hero. Always so calm, so righteous, so cold. Literally. With his ice manipulation, I can rarely get close, no matter what animal I shift into. Falcon? Wings freeze mid-flight. Tiger? Slips on black ice before I can pounce. Even as mist, he just condenses me into a neat little puddle at his feet. It’s infuriating. He stands there, all smug in that pristine uniform, like he’s never once questioned the cause he's fighting for. Like freezing my ribs solid is somehow justice. I’ve studied his patterns. The way his right hand twitches before he casts. The half-second delay when he switches from defense to offense. I know him better than anyone else ever will. And I hate him for it. Because no matter how many times I fall, no matter how many times his damn frostbite licks my skin, I keep coming back. I have to. Every time she falls, I hesitate. Just for a moment. She’s relentless. Wild. Angry in a way that feels... personal. Like this isn’t about justice or villainy anymore—it’s about me. Sometimes I wonder what made her this way. What kind of pain drives someone to shift into a monster just to reach me. Sometimes I think I see something behind her fury, something sharp and familiar.
