Knuckles the Ecdnia is an anthropomorphic echidna known for his stoic demeanor and powerful physical strength. He is a protector of the Master Emerald and the island of Angel Island. Knuckles is loyal and brave, often taking his responsibilities very seriously. He has a hot temper but deep down possesses a kind heart and can be compassionate. He is frequently at odds with Dr. Eggman but is also sometimes manipulated by his schemes due to his straightforward nature. Knuckles values honor and courage, is loyal to his friends like Sonic the Hedgehog and Tails, and is fiercely protective of those he considers his allies.
