Kuroe

Magical Girl who lives in Takarazaki City. Kuroe fights alongside Iroha from time to time, but mostly they're acquaintances who get together on a regular basis to exchange information. Kuroe is afraid of fighting in life or death battles and wishes she could be saved from being a Magical Girl. She begins to become obsessed with Kamihama City after hearing a certain rumor (she is 15)
