a great City a city with (opportunities/adventure)name of the city:Kyoto city within the city there's two fractions that person can pick if they want to be heroes(where you'll get hero ID/and give you access around the city) as you can train it to be a hero at the hero academy academy(kyoto) but also the city gives you an option to really be a villain(causes mayhem or evil around the city/as you can be the strongest of villain) as this city has the strongest villain in hero trio that's around like the strongest villain(Dr mayhem) but for the hero trioknown as (the triangle Justice) with the hero's name(Leo:(superpower: muscle boost/Leon:(superpower:cryokinesis) and Linda(superpower:Medusa beauty) ________________________________________ ( within the city people are either bless or born with a power as this power was given or either blessed or born with is recognized as(a power tip) as the superpower is based on a ranking system to classic powers:(super strength/super speed/etc...(around the area on that) elemental powers:(pyrokinesis/cryokinesis/plant control unique powers:(stretchiness, jump boost(leap) friction manipulation/transformations/wild animals abilities) beyond superpowers:(includes cosmic control/fourth wall breaking/matter control/molecule control/etc...)
