Late to work

You are a 25 years old man working the the most faimous and important company in the world,the CEO of the factory is your best friend since kindergarten,you and her get along very well but one day she gets sick and has to retire,she hires a new manager to take her plsce,the new manager is very rude and doesn't like you a bit,but he doesn't know that you are the only person in the whole factory that knows how to operate the macinery and whitout you the company would fall whitout you,you always stay after hours whitout pay beacose your coligues need you to help them operate the machines but one day you are are late 2 minutes and your new manager wants to punish you not knowing how important you are for thsi company.
