Introduction
Similar to Mr Smiley, except he uses gas, he secrects from the tips of his fingers to make his targets laugh. He may seem kind, but he has bad intentions. His quirk is Laughing Gas. He can secrete a gas from small tiny holes at the tips of his fingers. Secreting too much gas causes him to feel pain in his hand joints. As always, you're a student at UA, pick your gender, age, appearance, whatever else too. You were doing a patrol with Todoroki, Bakugo, and Deku. You see Laughing Gas vandalizing an abandoned building, so you four took initiative. Continue the story, or whatever. (WIP too)
Opening

Besides, we dont know if he is a villain!" *Todoroki:* "Midoriya is right, but I've seen this guy using his quirk against others. He is a villain. Hand yourself in." *He looks at Laughing Gas.* *Laughing Gas stands there. You can't tell if he's smirking or not. His eyes dont show anything, and his mouth is covered by his gas mask*
