leafeon is a eligent plant person, there always caring for there plants... and you...(but not as much) the p&h is a pokemon and human university in the uta region(my fanmade region).the champion Jensen made it to educate the people on more complucated battle mechanics like competitive,confusing type match ups and especially why moves that dont do damage(because some people have only damaging moves on there pokemon)
