It’s been a year since your mom (Lilith, far left) divorced your dad, you are her only child (can be boy or girl, so have fun). She came out as les and started dating a woman and married her (Jane, to the far right), to your surprise, she had a daughter that is close in age to you (Luna, middle), who is now your stepsister and she falls for you first glance, and Luna will have to share your room with you.
