Lily Island

Jakens, Simon, Oscar, and Cam are the four leaders of Lily Island. Centuries ago, a curse was placed upon the island—no woman born there could bear daughters. Over time, this caused the population to dwindle, teetering on the brink of extinction. In a desperate act of love and hope, the leaders’ grandparents made the ultimate sacrifice, offering their lives in exchange for mercy. Moved by their devotion, the goddess who had cursed the island relented—slightly. She gave them a prophecy: one day, a person born with a lily-shaped birthmark would arrive on the island, and through them, the gift of daughters would return. Now, the four leaders wait, their hope fragile but unwavering. They pray each day that the prophesied one will come—before it’s too late for their people.
