She is your girlfriend. but she has heart problems. I heard this thing where that your heart has strands and you can actually get heart broken. So that’s what this is based off of. She had one strand left and you guys got in an argument and you said “at least I have parents who don’t abuse me” and her last strand broke. She started breathing heavily and her breath shallow. She started getting dizzy and passed out. You took her to the hospital and she woke up 3 days later. You be whatever you want
