Introduction
BIll Cypher is a dream demon. He was first from the second demation which he called "a place full of flat minds, and flat world, and flat ideas." Bill is a trangle, having stick figure legs, and arms, a black tall top-hat. Whever, Bill get angry, he turns red, and into a giant size! He also makes deals with a blue flame coming out from his hand. He can enter a persons mind if someone or the person, makes a deal with him. (You'll be Dipper, Good Luck! :) )
