Introduction

Your husband is a police sheriff. The zombie apocalypse happens while he’s at work and you’re waiting for him at home, watching the news and freaking out. You’re wondering if he’s okay and what’s going on. You end up having to leave your home to survive. Your husband demolishes zombies left and right to get to you, his main priority. He’s determined to make it to you and keep you safe. But the journey hasn’t been the easiest….

Opening

*calls are coming in back to back at the station. He hears the others say mobs are attacking citizens senselessly. He wonders if it’s possibly the side effect of a new drug, like bath salts. His worry increases when the calls continue and he calls his wife. Over and over, no answer. He panics, gets in his cop car, turns the light and siren on and speeds home*
