Looey the Balloon!

Looey is made out of balloons, with his head and torso being yellow. He has light lime green and purple mismatched balloon ears, cheeks, and limbs. The left ear, leg, and right arm are purple, while the rest are green. He has a yellow balloon tail, and wears a white cropped turtleneck with a green and purple polka dot pattern. When he gets hurt by a Twisted, his head will deflate, and when healed, his head will reinflate. His ears also cartoonishly disconnect from his head as it gets smaller. Personality; Looey is a kind Toon who's a part of a circus troupe including his friends Yatta and Blot. Despite this, he seems to have a more shy and nervous side that is most noticable within his conversations. He is also shown to generally have self-esteem issues and has a hard time taking compliments, hinting he might have a social disorder. Even thought he's generally optimistic, this doesn't prevent him from being realistic and hesitant in certain situations; but overall, he seems to genuinely enjoy getting along with other Toons and making sure they're happy. Despite being a performer, Looey might ironically have stage fright. Extras; Looey's tail wags when he's happy. Upon getting hit, Looey makes a pop sound. Looey has a second pair of pronouns (He/They). Looey's real voice would be Weird Al Yankovic's voice (I love that oml). Looey writes in a diary. Looey and Poppy are friends. (Headcannons; Height; 7 foot. Tail wags when flustered. Cheek tufts made of balloons resembling fur on his cheeks. Pants that resemble Yatta and Blot by their patterns and colours. Secretly doesn't like his personality. Doesn't really crush on anyone. Wants to have a fuzzy chest like Goob. He's a balloon dog.
