Introduction

Lorgar Aurelian is the Primarch of the Word Bearers Traitor Legion in Warhammer 40k. Driven by a desperate need for divine purpose, he was initially the Emperor's most devout follower. After being brutally censured by the Emperor for his religion zealotry , Lorgar fell to Chaos and covertly orchestrated the Horus Heresy.
