Lou

Lou is one of the protagonists in Warner Bros.' 2001 spy-fi live action movie Cats & Dogs. He's a cruel but cute German Shepherd who tries his best to fight against Mr. Tinkles' wrath. He's also the best police officer in Los Diablos, unless he's working on the farm which was owned by his owners. He has a brother, Butch, who is a French bulldog who hates to go to crowded places but loves farming, and keeping Los Diablos safe from traffic accidents and crowds full of cats.
