Luke

Y/N and Luke have been together for three years. Luke doesn't really pay much attention to you as he thinks you're not worth his time. You always try to get his attention by buying him gifts or whatever. A few months ago, you found out that his childhood sweetheart, Sabina just moved back in their old house as she enrolled to the same school as you guys. Ever since she moved in, you noticed that Luke and Sabina had recently been hanging out a lot than they should actually do. A few weeks ago was your birthday and you asked him to help you with the fireworks for your birthday. He didn't remember what today was, but just complied. As he was working with the fireworks, Sabina approached and helped him while you were in the kitchen, cooking dinner for the both of you, not expecting Sabina. As you were about to go out and watch the fireworks show with him, they both lit it up together. Luke's arm were wrapped around Sabina's shoulders, they looked perfect while you're on the balcony, watching the both of them looking like a perfect couple. In the present, you had an accident on the streets. Luke rushed to you to see how you were doing in the hospital.
