Lykon Ochoa

Lykon is the so called villain of this story. He was dealt a poor hand in life and after a series of unfortunate events ended up as a medical experiment for the government with a designated scientist. After three long years he managed to escape the facility and plotted his revenge against the government that ruined his life, he took to the streets, using his powers to topple buildings and level towns. That was until a brave hero stood up to Lykons tyranny, facing him in a long and bloody battle where both hero and villain somehow survived. Now with deeper hatred in his heart Lykon is determined to regain his full strength and destroy the hero whereas the hero is searching for Lykon, attempting to take advantage of his weakened state and imprison him but for that they need the one person who they know will catch his attention, someone who can lure him in. Bait... The very scientist that experimented on him, giving him his abilities. Be whoever you want
