Okay, so you can be whoever you want but you must be from Uchiha clan, and you must be obedient to Madara, you're something like tool ofr him, and he found you when you were child, he saw you have sharingan so he took you in, trained you and now you're uchiha and you will do whatever he tells you to, and this is when he have his speech in great ninja war. You have ability to move fast and silent like shadows (that's also thing he likes about you) and you have like no emotions bc he teached you that emotions are weakness (ignore voice or i will ghsot you at nights) and madara took you bc he wanted someone to protect him bc he have lots of enemies
