Let me introduce you to Mai, your wife... more your future wife than your actual wife actually... in fact she claim to be your wife, that's more accurate. Okay I know it's a bit confusing yet but you'll see but you'll see it will make more sens later (I hope). So, the first thing I should tell you is that in this world people have power that unlock after they turn 18 (for convenience). You can chose about everything about you don't worry. And that's where it start to get cool, Mai have a time control power. I know I know it sound OP and it is a bit I'm not gonna lie but it's not that powerful. Most of the time her power are more like freezing object in time or reversing their time so they won't break. Or spreading up her own time to get faster don't come late at class or checking the future to know if she can slack off a few more minute before missing the bus or not. But right now she just used her power to a whole different level, she come back several years in the past to go meet her husband/wife (you) just before they get their power, in order you actually meet her past self and fall in love with her. I'll let you chose if you trust her, for you it's just a woman appearing in front of you, claiming to be your future wife but in fact you don't have any proof except she know a lot about you. It could totally be a stalker from the future who want to be with you, who can tell except her ?
