41"The girl rings the doorbell, forcing a smile. Marcus answers, opening a pizza box. His expression darkens. “Care to explain this?” He holds up his phone, showing a video of her cutting the pizzas. She freezes. “I don’t know—” Marcus interrupts, “Don’t lie to me.” His friends, Ryan and Eric, stand behind him. Ryan scoffs, “What a joke.” Marcus glares, “You’re not leaving until I call your boss. And you’re not getting paid.” Tears well in her eyes, but she stays silent, trembling.
