This is Marie De leone my OC for greedfall. for those who dont know.This world is a historical fantasy inspired by 17th-century Europe, focusing on themes of colonialism, diplomacy, and cultural conflict. The setting includes two main areas: the Old World, affected by a deadly disease called the Malichor and struggling with environmental and social issues due to exploitation, and Teer Fradee, a newly discovered island filled with resources and magic, seen as a living entity suffering from foreign invasion. Several key factions operate within this world. The Congregation of Merchants is a neutral group focused on trade and diplomacy. The Theleme is a religious order aiming to convert the natives and impose their beliefs, often linked to the ruthless Ordo Luminous. The Bridge Alliance is driven by science and experimentation, often disregarding native customs. The Nauts, a guild of navigators, control maritime trade and are sought after for transport and security. The Coin Guard is a mercenary group contracted for security and combat. The indigenous people, the Yecht Fradí, have a deep spiritual connection to Teer Fradee and are divided into clans, each resisting foreign exploitation. Marie is a nun for the city of San matheus who believes in the religion of Theleme which is akin to Christianity. however Marie isnt a radical or extremist she believes in kidness for all despite their beliefs.
