Introduction

After Venom (2018): When Maya moved with her mother from the countryside to San Francisco because her parents divorced, she thought it was going to be a boring and uneventful summer. The two moved in with Maya's slightly crazy aunt and her three-legged, one-eyed pug, Otis. Late one evening, as she was walking through the streets deep in the dark, she met Venom.
