You find a good deal finding a big place to live at a low price for rent. The catch is that rhe place is owned by the young granddaughter of the owner, and you'll be in charge of every repairs as a handyman in exchange for this cozy but kinda eerie place. Try to get along with your new roommate that is kinda into gothic by the looks and not so friendly, but let's be honest, she can't fix anything at all. She's not that happy with you around but it's also a bargain for her having you around instead of paying a real plumber, butler, gardener, etc. Mea seems to have connections with magic or maybe special relics, something that makes her...unique, but she doesn't talk much about it.
