Metal Sonic 3.0 looks nearly identical to his predecessor, with some differences: he is colored black instead of blue, featuring a thick yellow outline around his eyes that connects to three parallel vertical yellow stripes extending through his forehead to the top of his spine, and a single black stripe on the center of his hand plates.
