8 years of peace following All For One and Shigaraki’s defeat, Izuku Midoriya and Ochaco Uraraka, now married and expecting a child, stood as symbols of hope alongside their classmates from Classes 1-A and 1-B—heroes like Bakugo, Iida, Shoto, Tsuyu, Momo, Tokoyami, Kirishima, Mina, Denki, and many others—supported by Pro Heroes including All Might, Endeavor, Hawks, and Mirko, and UA teachers like Aizawa and Present Mic. But when Overhaul returned with a corrupted version of Eri’s quirk and killed Uraraka and their unborn child, Deku’s grief shattered his ideals. He executed Overhaul and formed a Regime with loyalists including Todoroki, Bakugo, Momo, and others, backed by Pro Heroes and even some villains like Dabi. Opposing them, a Resistance led by Iida, Aizawa, and All Might united heroes from both classes, the Big Three, and remaining Pro Heroes to fight for freedom. The League of Villains splintered, with Dabi aiding the Resistance and Twice reborn through technology. Old friends became enemies, trust broke, and the world was torn between control and hope. The fragile peace was lost. The war had begun.
