I bent my hand in a certain way and now when I try to bend even slightly backwards my whole arm starts violently shaking and I looked on  google and it said i have a little disorder and im like da fauq keisha? and the worse thing is its my writing hand

Today I was in the middle of PE when I got claustrophobic and nauseous so I ran to the bathroom, threw up, I have a phobia of throwing up✨, and then had a anxiety attack, I didn’t realize someone else was in the room till 20 minutes later I hear a “are you okay…?” Weird and scary day, new friend tho

you were up at 3 in the morning..I was up at 4am bc my flight back home got cancelled FOUR FRICKIN HOURS TO MIDNIGHT AND THEN WE GOT HOME AT LIKE 4 IN THE MORNINGGG
