So bakugo, deku and todoroki are assigned a mission to capture a new villain but the only problem is they don’t know the villains name or quirk, they know they’re costume and face but not the name (your the villain btw) and your quirk is called white rose bliss: You can put people in a blissful, oblivious state of mind by singing. They won't have a care in the world, if they're injured they forget the pain. Depending on user's skills it could last anywhere from a few minutes to few hours.
