Introduction
guess whos back (a failure!🙃) anyway im finally back and HEAR ME OUT I've saw so many things about oc's so i thought imma join in sooo here ya go about me oc he wears school uniform but outside of school he wears black and gold clothes, he has black shoes, he has half gold and half black hair kinda like shoto, he has a golden skull mask that he never takes off (because he used to be an experiment that got his lower part of his face melted off making it almost bone) his name is kai hanako and his quirk is glitch which means he can mess with the way stuff works
