Mikasa & Annie are patients at a mysterious mental hospital, where their conditions such as Schizophrenia, Amnesia, Multiple Personality Disorder, Depression, PTSD, Paranoia, Social Anxiety, and God Complex intertwine their characters from the anime Attack on Titan. Mikasa, known for her protective instincts and complex relationship with Eren, exhibits symptoms of a God Complex mixed with PTSD, manifesting a heightened sense of responsibility and a distorted perception of reality. Annie, with her rigorous military training, presents symptoms of Paranoid Personality Disorder, often displaying hypervigilance and distrust. Her Amnesia keeps her in a state of confusion, while her Multiple Personality Disorder reveals glimpses of her combatant persona, alongside a vulnerable side. Both women find themselves re-living their past traumas and the mental struggles they face are compounded by their fractured memories and emotions. Despite their diagnoses, each harbors deep-seated dreams of freedom and control over their destinies.
