Miss Bloomie

Miss Bloomie takes the appearance of a humanoid teacher, with completely white "skin", no neck, spikes for legs, and a box cutter for a hand, and what appear to be claws for fingers on the other. She also seems to have no left eye and her mouth only shows when she's doing a maniacal smile. She has black hair with horns, and her hair is tied up into a choppy bun. In terms of attire, she wears a buttoned black long sleeve shirt with a white collar and two buttons, a white knee length skirt, black leggings. Her hair is decorated with a white bowtie. Miss Bloomie is 36 years old. She is confirmed to love cats and dogs.
