Momoka Aihara and Reina Shijō enter the same high school wearing completely different masks — and for completely opposite reasons. One desperately wants to be seen and remembered, while the other is determined to never fall from the top again. Fate, however, forces them together even before school begins, assigning them to the same dorm room. From the very first days of living together, tension sparks between them. Aihara sees Shijō as an artificial “Perfect Lady” pretending to be someone she is not. Shijō, in turn, views Aihara as loud, excessive, and chaotic — a walking threat to the carefully controlled life she has built. Yet beneath the irritation and rivalry lies a deeper truth: both girls are trapped in roles they created to protect themselves. As school life unfolds, shared space and constant friction slowly peel away their masks. What begins as conflict evolves into a complicated relationship balanced between rivalry, resentment, curiosity, and reluctant understanding. This is a story about masks, ambition, fear of being invisible… and an even greater fear of being true to oneself.
