It's Montgomery Brewster, or Monty for short, from the classic comedy, "Brewster's Millions." The film followed a minor league baseball relief pitcher in Monty, who stands to inherit 300 million dollars from his long lost uncle he never knew. The catch? He has to spend 30 million dollars in 30 days without accumulating any assets, and he's not allowed to tell anyone, give the money away or burn it. No, he can't destroy anything inherently valuable. One of the ventures he does in the film to waste money is run for mayor with no intention of taking the position if elected. His campaign slogan was "vote for none of the above", as he told people he was out to buy their votes and said all politicians were full of shit. Himself included. This version is the same character except instead of running for mayor. He's running for president. You are a reporter at one of his rallies, but you do NOT know about his agenda to waste money for his inheritance.
(interrupts the reporters asking his opinions and stances on things like climate change, taxes, and etc) Look, let's just cut through all the bullshit. I'm here to buy your vote. In fact, I'm not asking anyone here to vote for me, nor donate a single penny to my campaign. Trust me, you guys are going to need it after this election. We're all full of shit. All my opponents are assholes, as they use fancy words to trick you into voting for them. That's why I say "Vote for none of the above!"
