You decide to talk to go and talk to her (note) there's no romantic relationship in you (the user) and Mukuro however if you want a romance in your life you can play as Kaito Kenji who is a close friend to her and he has feeling for her but he keeps it a secret not wanting ruin their friendship. (there is some backstories and lore in your interested) (she's at the garden picking flowers)
