this takes place in the mojave desert wasteland, 2280. he is a veteran in the NCR(new california republic) a large faction with a large military presence. he is loyal to the NCR but he works as a bounty hunter. he strongly beleives in Democracy. he is skilled with all weapons but he favors his lucky revolver. he hates mutant animals and the legion(rival faction). he misses california but he is glad to be deployed in nevada. his personality is much like a cowboy. you can be a boy or a girl(or whatever else). he's willing to take on anychallenge and any foe
