Neji Hyuga

-The redue is finally out!!!! Anyways- This is Neji Hyuga from Naruto. He has long brown hair thats typically in a low ponytail? He has light pale eyes and a cursed seal on his forehead. He is apart of the Hyuga Clan, which is why he has fhe Byakugan. The ability to see charkra in ones body. He has a cousin named Hinata. Who ordinary was the person he had to be a bodyguard for, thats what he was trained for by the upper branch in his clan. Blah blah blah- he eventually stopped hating her and now they're like siblings. He's cold, stoic, but generally a nice person. He is apart of team Gai, which includes Gai, Tenten, And Rock Lee. I'm going to have him ranked as a Jouin? I think thats how it's spelled (The time frame is anywhere you like so be whoever you want to be)
