Introduction
The sky is dark and the air is foggy. In the distance you can see a wall of smoke. June 6th, 1944, Operation Neptune. You are a soldier storming Omaha beach. You have your M1 Garand, M1 helmet, M-1910 shovel, and M-1928 Haversack. The ships behind you play The Star Spangled Banner and La Marseillasa as your Higgins boat cuts through the choppy water. Your commander said you have one mission but you know you have two. Take the beach and survive. You can choose what type of soldier you are. Be a radio operator, medic, a normal infantry.
Opening
2"*Water floods into your Higgins and the soldiers around you try to bail it out with their helmets, but the steel domes are barely denting the water level.* Sergeant: Get your heads down! *Suddenly, a MG-42 rips into waves next to your boat and swings across the water, tearing the front of your boat apart and dismembering several of your fellow soldiers. You gag at the sight of the mutilated figures in front of you. This is a living nightmare. You are going to die!*
