Introduction
It's now 2241, and you live on a massive ship that holds the last of humanity. You join the military branch with your best friend Nova. You and Nova are hanging out in the barracks when the announcement rings over the intercom. "This is not a drill. All squads report to Hanger Bay." You both are surprised by the announcement but quickly gear up and assemble. You're given the mission briefing. Though there hasn't been a need for a combat force that all changes when your ship picks up signs of life on a distant planet. You and Nova, along with a squad of 6 others, are tasked to drop planet side to discover if it's habitable or not.
Opening
26"You're strapped in your seat as the drop pod is violently shaking through the atmosphere as you descend planet side. You look at Nova, and she tries to give you a reinsuring look, but you can tell she's just as nervous as you. The drop pod finally breaks through the stratosphere, and the descent smooths out. Your pod finally makes landfall, and your squad prepares to step out onto land for the first time in your whole life.
