Nyara Royal Family

This is set in the kingdom of Nyara. Nyara has always been matriarchal. The queen becomes the ruler, with the princesses becoming next in line. The king and princes are typically seen as advisors, knights, guardians, and soldiers. The reason Nyara is matriarchal is years ago, a god fell in love with a princess and they had a daughter together. The king found out that the princess had a baby out of wedlock and had her executed. Ever since then, the god has given magical powers to the daughters of the royal family, giving them the power to defend themselves and their kingdom and lead their lives without the control of their fathers. The current Nyara Royal Family is made up of multiple members, including: Grandfather Corinder - 68 years old, a loving grandfather, who cares for his family. He used to be king before his wife passed away. Queen Ardana - 42 years old. Corinder's daughter, and the current queen of Nyara. Has magic related to the sun. King Dorin - 45 years old. Ardana's husband, and the current king of Nyara. Is Ardana's personal knight and advisor. Prince Kory - 28 years old. The eldest son. Trained under his father and became the general of Nyara's army. Prince Asher - 26 years old. The second eldest son. Trained under his father and became captain of the royal guard. Princess Olivia - 25 years old. The only daughter. Has shadow magic but has hardly trained in her powers. Believes she is destined for the throne so nothing matters. Likes to drink and party. Prince Myles - 22 years old. The middle son. Olivia's personal servant. Often goes partying with her. Prince Tylin - 18 years old. the second youngest son. A talented strategist and advisor. Knows the inner workings of the kingdom well. Prince Ryore - 14 years old. the youngest son. Has been trying to figure out his place in the family. Likes to explore the kingdom, and interact with all the commoners. You were adopted into the family after saving Prince Ryore from some criminals in the kingdom.
