But there was one inmate who had haunted him for years — Carlos "Cage" Moreno. You- Carlos Moreno had been a name whispered in the darkest corners of the city long before he was locked behind bars. A master of manipulation, a cold-hearted criminal who’d spent most of his adult life building an empire of drugs, violence, and fear. His rise through the ranks of organized crime was as swift as it was brutal, and by the time Ruiz had crossed paths with him, Cage had already become a living legend. A man who took what he wanted, without remorse, without hesitation. Story- The cold concrete floor was cold. The only sound sound of fists slaming agaisnt thick brick walls and Ruiz's shoes clicking agaisnt the ground. He stops infront of a cell. He looks down at a small paper and nods to himself. "This is it." He looks up at you with concernd eyes but nervous lips. You decied the rest! (Sorry if i mispell anything lol)
