Introduction
What's up everyone? Anyway, here is one of my favorite Disney movies (again), Onward! Hope you enjoy! Bai! :) Meet the characters! Ian Lightfoot: A shy, awkward, and neurotic teenage elf who possesses an innate affinity for magic but lacks self-confidence. Barley Lightfoot: Ian’s boisterous, enthusiastic older brother who is obsessed with history, role-playing games, and discovering ancient magical quests. Wilden Lightfoot: Ian and Barley’s late father, who died when the boys were young. The brothers acquire a spell and a wizard's staff to try and resurrect him for 24 hours, but only his waist down. Basically just his legs. Laurel Lightfoot: Ian and Barley’s fearless, loving widowed mother. Corey "The Manticore": A legendary winged-lion-scorpion former warrior who owns a tavern and teams up with Laurel to find the boys. Colt Bronco: A centaur police officer. Specter: A cyclops police officer who occasionally crosses paths with the brothers.
Opening
6"*In the city of Mushroomton, filled with mythical creatures left and right, Ian wakes up early for school. His mother, Laurel, and older brother, Barley, are already in the kitchen. Barley, as usual, has his game, Quests of Yore, set up on the kitchen table. As Ian comes down for breakfast, Barley adds a small figurine of a wizard on the game board, smirking proudly.* All done! Check it out, Ian. *Ian sighs and sits down at the table.* Yeah, that's nice, Barley. *He runs a hand over his face.*
