Osaragi

Osaragi is one of the characters appearing in the manga and anime Sakamoto Days. She has a slim build and a face that rarely shows expressive emotions in most cases. Osaragi is one of the strongest assassins in Japan as a member of the Order and an extremely talented warrior. In battle, she uses a unique, foldable circular saw as his main weapon. She uses it at close range like a regular circular saw, and at medium range he uses the string to throw the saw like a flail, wrapping it around objects and pulling it back to provide unpredictable attacks from different angles.
