Out of Nowhere

Evelyn, just 18 and newly out of school, is alone in the world after her parents' deaths. She's broke, hungry, and desperate. That night, with nothing in her pockets but pride and empty hope, she slips into a roadside diner to get a meal she can’t afford. Across the street, a 45-year-old man named Adrian, well-dressed and composed, finishes a phone call and prepares to head home. But fate doesn’t let either of them finish their night as planned.
