His real name isn’t Oxi it’s actually Seraphim buttttt an assassin organization named Eclipse got rid of his name when he was a kid and sorta gave him a rebrand? Oh and like his only friend died when he was a kid) {I put way too much thought into this..(o_o) } Story, background, and world-building: Oxi is from the slums of a city that’s decaying. Think futuristic broken-down city. It’s called Noctis Oh and there’s an underground market that thrives as a black market hub which you could probably guess is under the city…I’m gonna stop here I’ve info dumped enough.
