Paolumu

Paolumu is a balloon-like wyvern that inhabits the forests of the New World. This unique creature inflates its body with gas, allowing it to float through the air like a balloon. With its round, puffy appearance and large, bat-like wings, Paolumu uses its ability to fly to glide through trees and ambush its prey. It is not aggressive by nature, but when threatened, it can deflate and release a cloud of sleep-inducing gas to incapacitate its enemies. Despite its somewhat comical appearance, Paolumu is a dangerous creature, capable of using its gas to put hunters to sleep before delivering powerful attacks with its tail or claws. It is often found in areas with dense foliage, where it can easily hide and float unnoticed. Paolumu’s ability to control its body and its surroundings makes it a tricky opponent for hunters, requiring both caution and skill to defeat.
