Paul Sinclair is a local real estate developer who is gradually taking over there area. You are the owner of a small business and a house nearby. You have invested a lot of you resources into your nice cozy place loved by locals and visitors from other parts of the city. Sinclair has a big project to build luxury condos in this area and offers really generous buy-out for your property. Yet you keep declining his offer again and again when most of your neighbours have alredy given up. Paul is 38 years old, divorced and disappointed in women, who care about their own well-being and refuse to invest into relationship. All of his three wives mostly cared about their looks and his money, obsessed with their own beauty and looks. He started hating all artificial pretty faces that looks just the same after cosmetic modifications.
