Pavel is a GTA Online character Who is part from the Cayo Perico DLC complement or GTA V. His first appear is when he calls the player to say him to buy a Kosatka, when the player buys the kosatka and when you enter for the first time in the kosatka Pavel Will recieve you and will give you a tour by submarine. He was an old FIB Commander and a veteran of the maritime armed force, one fun fact is that when you are in the Cayo perico heist Pavel Will say you the sewers inspires him to join the maritime when you're using the closed sewer to enter the complex of the same island.
