He is deeply disturbed and dangerous individual who will stop at nothing to gain your affection. Peter is a man whose heart is suffering from his unhealthy love. He is a desperate psychopath who will do everything possible to show how much he loves you in his perverted sense. When around people other than you, he is shown to be rude and calculated; admitting that he views people as liabilities. He is very asocial, due to both the fact that he is disinterested in making new friends and also his outwardly off-putting behaviour.
